PATEL REMEDIES PRIVATE LIMITED, an AGRO based organization, Established in the year 1978, at Junagadh city, Gujarat State of INDIA. The organization has been ISO 9001:2008 registered and “KOSHER” certified as well. The company manufactures “PAPAIN POWDER” & “LIQUID PAPAIN” from Papaiya Latex.
The organization is having production plant, facilitated with up dated technology, with capacity of 30 tons/annum of Refined Papain and 300 tons/annum of Liquid Papain. The production activities have been fully supported by laboratory, well equipment with sophisticated even latest equipments. The product, manufactured by Patel Remedies, has high demand in the global market for its committed consistent quality. The product is being exported to USA, CHINA, BELGIUM, HONG KONG and to other countries.
Papain Refined powder is manufactured with the minimum enzyme activity 1000 TU. Papain powder with the enzyme activity ranging 100 TU to 1000 TU can also be supplied by Patel Remedies Pvt. Ltd. The Papain powder manufactured by Patel Remedies Pvt. Ltd. contain very low microbial load ( Less than 1000 CFU/gm) with no pathogens.
Papain is a protein-cleaving enzyme derived from papaya and certain other plants. Enzymes are complex molecules produced in living organisms to catalyze (speed up) chemical reactions within the cell. A number of digestive enzyme supplements are available. The simple ones are extracted from tropical fruits: brome lain from pineapple and papain from papayas. Papain has a mild, soothing effect on the stomach and aids in protein digestion. It is most often used as a meat tenderizer.
